Refund Policy

At Allure Wellness Center, we are committed to providing high-quality medical wellness services and products. Due to the personalized and medical nature of our treatments, we have established the following Refund Policy:

1. Services

  • Payments for consultations, diagnostic testing, and treatments are non-refundable once rendered.

  • This includes medical services such as hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, weight management, and sexual health treatments.

2. Prepaid Programs & Subscriptions

  • Certain services require a minimum 3-month commitment, billed in advance.

  • Prepaid or subscription-based services (including hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and weight loss programs) are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Unused funds may, at management’s discretion, be credited toward other eligible services.

3. Retail Products

  • Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable.

4. Appointment Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the prepaid session.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

5. Special Circumstances

  • Exceptions to this policy may be made only in cases of medical necessity, subject to review and approval by our clinical team.

  • In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
