Refund Policy

At Allure Wellness Center, we are committed to providing high-quality medical wellness services and products. Due to the personalized and medical nature of our treatments, we have established the following Refund Policy:
1. Services

Payments for consultations, diagnostic testing, and treatments are non-refundable once rendered.

This includes medical services such as hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, weight management, and sexual health treatments.
2. Prepaid Programs & Subscriptions

Certain services require a minimum 3-month commitment, billed in advance.

Prepaid or subscription-based services (including hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and weight loss programs) are non-refundable once purchased.

Unused funds may, at management’s discretion, be credited toward other eligible services.
3. Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

Opened or used products are non-refundable.
4. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the prepaid session.

Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
5. Special Circumstances

Exceptions to this policy may be made only in cases of medical necessity, subject to review and approval by our clinical team.

In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
